Routines at a glance
Build a routine and see where its training is distributed.
Start from scratch or load a Tyr routine, then inspect working-set exposure or mapped training load. Comparison remains available as an advanced view. No account required.
Choose a built-in routine or start with a user-generated one. Loads are editable beginner examples. Use one weight unit consistently; pounds or kilograms both work.

How this estimate works
TYR maps exercises to continuous muscle contributions. Working Sets counts entered set rows against each contribution. Training Load sums each set’s reps × entered load × contribution. Every selected day and set is counted exactly once. In comparison view, both selections use one shared display scale.
Scores estimate routine emphasis, not exact hypertrophy, strength, fatigue, recovery, or medical outcomes. Technique, effort, range of motion, load, progression, injury, recovery, and training history are not included.
